1.  To make their life better, our university provides many chances for them to do part-time jobs and give them some money as rewards.

2.  It is the stereotyping that makes girls lose the confidence to get higher scores than boys and they take it for granted when they do a worse job on math.

3.  But this does not mean that men and women should do the same job.

4.  We can also see such examples in everyday life that some men do good jobs as house-men and some women are superior to her male colleagues in working field.

5.  At the same time, they can do their own job well, which benefit for the society itself.

6.  Taking the division of labor in society into account, men always do the job which requires strong origination skills and broader vision as to be a soldier or engineer .

7.  It is not you cannot do this job but you are appropriate and expert in it.

8.  For example, in ancient China, men usually did some jobs such as growing crops, hunting and fishing.

9.  Nevertheless, women usually did some jobs like picking up fruits, knitting and so forth.

10.  Though women have access to do the same job as men, they prefer to choose a more suitable one.
