1.  Once we became a member of a team, we would try our best to contribute to it.

2.  Thirdly, I will try to write some thing every day.

3.  However, during my postgraduate, I will try my best to improve my listening and speaking skills.

4.  Ultimately, I will try to communicate with others in English regularly and listen to some English songs which are not so dried.

5.  For instance, I will try to wake up earlier in the morning to practice my speaking.

6.  If I can do some simple communication in English, in the second step, I will try my best to make some friends whose mother tongue is English to further improvement.

7.  Firstly, I will try my best to remember more words, so that I can read or speak English more frequently.

8.  In addition, I will try my best to study professional English which contains many specific words and phrases.

9.  Last but not the least, I will try hard to enlarge my vocabulary and improve my spoken English skills.

10.  In order to fulfill my plan , on the one hand , I must increase my vocabulary and insist on read English literary works every day , on the other hand , no pains , no gains , I will try my best to make full use of my spare time to study hard.
